- 1 teabag of rooibos tea, brewed in 100 ml boiling water
- 1 banana

- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Method:
Brew the rooibos tea and leave to cool. Once cool, mix with Marine Collagen + Radiance powder.
